Mark Farrow
President
Now in his 20th year in the surgical device and post-operative equipment business, Mark uses his extensive sales background to train, mentor and guide sales professionals in the DME field, and has taught sales and marketing at the college level as well.
Mark founded Orthopedic Resources in (1989), a licensed, BOC-accredited, Medicare-approved Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider to ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals and acute care hospitals across the United States. Mark then founded Compression Solutions, a company of Orthopedic Resources, in 2009.
Mark graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in marketing management, and also holds a patent for a large volume surgical suction canister from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.

Rick Peterson
Vice President, Sales
Rick has been with Orthopedic Resources since 2004, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the business and financial aspects of the organization, and manages sales operations.
Prior to joining Orthopedic Resources, Peterson held a senior sales position with Philips Medical Systems; he holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Parker Sewell
Senior Sales Representative, Eastern Oklahoma
Parker Sewell joined Orthopedic Resources in 2001 as a surgical sales representative, marketing orthoscopic implants and video systems. In 2007, he transitioned to post-operative sales, specializing in DVT prevention, cold therapy and durable medical equipment.
Prior to joining Orthopedic Resources, Parker served as a senior sales representative for Johnson & Johnson. He received his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University, is married and has two sons.

Zach Snider
Sales Representative, Oklahoma City

Since 2009, Zach Snider has been a Patient Care Technician for Orthopedic Resources at the Tulsa based office. During his tenure with Orthopedic Resources, Zach was named Outstanding Patient Care. Prior to joining Orthopedic Resources, Zach was a football player and student coach for the University of Tulsa football team.
In 2007, Zach graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelors degree in Communications with an emphasis in sales and marketing.

Ryan Clark
Sales Representative, Western Oklahoma
Orthopedic Resources / Compression Solutions
Ryan is a Sales Representative for Orthopedic Resources based in the Oklahoma City office. His territory covers Western Oklahoma and Southern Kansas.
Ryan joined Orthopedic Resources in 2009 as a Post Operative Specialist focusing primarily on Orthopedics and Pain Management specialists. Ryan will also be specializing in Vascular Therapies in the future under Compression Solutions.
Prior to joining Orthopedic Resources, Ryan was employed for 6 years as a Specialty Representative for Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. covering a multitude of specialties. These included: Vascular Surgeons, Cardiologists, Psychiatrists, Gastroenterologists, and Wound Care Specialists.
He spent the last year with OAPI as a Hospital Specialist covering the Med Center in Houston, TX. He has received a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southwestern (KS) College where he was a two time Academic All-American while playing basketball.

James Monroe

James joined Orthopedic Resources in November of 2007 as a Patient Care Technician. James moved into a sales position in Feb of 2008. Today, James's primary focus is on the post operative medical device market. In addition James also works with OB/GYN Doctors, providing sequential machines.
Prior to joining Orthopedic Resources, James was employed as a service representative doing hands on patient care. From there he moved into a Sales Representative position for a local company. More of James's experience includes work as a Surgical First Assistant and a Certified Surgical Technologist. James received his surgical training while serving in the U.S. Army.

Kayl Anderson

Ryan Breedlove

Ryan joined Orthopedic Resources in 2011, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the business office. Prior to joining Orthopedic Resources, Ryan worked for Ardent Health Services. He has managed many aspects of the revenue cycle, including commercial follow-up, underpayments, denials, customer service, and vendor relations.
Ryan has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a dual minor in Finance and International Business, also from OSU.

Joe Pappas

After spending two years as a senior sales representative for Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, he returned to Orthopedic Resources to focus on DME products and cold therapy devices. He also specializes in vascular therapy using DVT prevention equipment through Compression Solutions. Joe received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Oklahoma State University.
